AFISECAN S.L. undertakes to comply with current legislation in regard to automatic processing of personal data and, in particular, Organic Law 15/99 of Protection of Personal Data of 13 December (hereinafter LOPD). Through the following privacy policy AFISECAN S.L. informs users of the following:

AFISECAN S.L. informs the user that their data will be included in a computer-based file entitled "WEB USERS". AFISECAN S.L. ensures that the file is their full responsibility and that it has been duly declared and registered in the General Register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency, its owner being AFISECAN S.L.

2. Purposes of processing personal data
When filling out the form below, every registrant accepts and authorizes AFISECAN S.L. to use and process personal data supplied for maintaining business-user relations and for sending offers and promotions of our products that may be of interest by the means we deem most appropriate, including electronic means.

3. Data confidentiality and security measures
AFISECAN S.L. undertakes to adopt appropriate measures to ensure the confidentiality of such data.
